A couple of weekends ago I was invited by Lululemon Karrinyup to attend a breakfast (overlooking the ocean no less) with inspiring women in our community. I grabbed a friend (a little fire-cracker in her own right, Monique of Perth fashion blog Little Miss Mon Bon) and headed down to Sorrento excited to see what and who would meet us. A beautiful long table breakfast, catered by Unyucky Catering completed with blooms from With Love and Co greeted us and it was evident that the girls at Lulu Karrinyup had proudly brought together a lot of small local businesses. I was fortunate to meet some wonderful women working as yoga and pilates instructors, health and wellbeing entrepreneurs and a host more. I have written about the importance of networking before, (find the article about how to network here) and this was a good excuse to flex those skills. I was kindly gifted a pair of pants by Lululemon and popped in to pick them out not long after.
The yoga to street pants I picked out are so comfortable that I am more than tempted to wear them outside of the pilates studio. Yes, I can sometimes be one of those people who wear their activewear for everyday- namely around the house as a motivator to keep alert and moving, or when heading out to meet with friends for a walk or coffee catch up. I wouldn’t suggest to do this everyday, but you are allowed on occasion! These pants are seam-free, breathable, utilise moisture-wicking technology and one of the best parts is that the waistband does not dig in. I wish that I could say the same of some of my jeans.
Lululemon Karrinyup have a huge range of different yoga pants- I could have broken the bank and walked out with about four pairs (plus tops/ jackets/ accessories…)! The Lulu girls are lovely, motivated, care about their community and share great advice. They will also help you find the best pants to make your butt look good- helpful, no?
