Spanish Red wine in Sevilla

Though I may be enjoying a glass of wine from a rooftop in Seville, I am also looking forward to Welcome To The Valley when we return to Perth!

While I may be finishing off an afternoon on the rooftop overlooking the Seville Cathedral during the sunset (it’s a tough life, is it not?!), I am thinking ahead to our return to Perth. The weekend we return happens to be in time for Welcome To The Valley 2015. Nice timing! The Oktoberfest inspired event is returning for it’s third year as the ultimate Swan Valley experience.

I am giving you the heads up now, because there is still time to get tickets and plan ahead for what will be an excellent day with some excellent wine (sans Cathedral view, but we can live without that!). Spread across three venues, the festival is divided into two parts- first guests choose from either Feral Brewery or Oakover Winery to start their day (I’ll see you at Oakover) complete with lunch and transport between the venues. Later the day continues at the Belvoir Amphitheatre with a line up of performers including LDRU, Motez, Shash’U, Thundamentals and more.

I am actually excited to be getting home and happy to have something fun like this to jump straight into. If for no other reason than that I am sick of EVERYTHING IN MY SUITCASE already! Haha, however, getting stuck into things back home with our already full schedule thanks to Fit Club Perth taking off is exciting too. Let’s hope this afternoon of wine, good food and music will ward off the jet lag.
I will see you in the Swan Valley on the 24th of October!
