Summer Beauty Haul

My rundown of the best beauty haul for summer and long days at the beach.

Coast Rock Face Flopz UK, Bondi SandsBeachSunscreen and coconut waterAs you have no doubt noticed I have spent a lot of my downtime at the beach over the summer, so I thought I would share some of the beauty products getting me through.

Being sun smart is vital in Australia, so this year I am using Neutrogena’s Beach Defence Water + Sun Barrier Lotion (SPF 50).  For my face I am using Neutrogena’s Ultra Sheer Clear Face Sunscreen (SPF 30). The formulas are lightweight, oil free, smell alright and will not clog the pores or cause breakouts. Finally I have been addicted to the Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Body Mist (SPF 50) which I have used up multiple times. Apply this one with caution though- if you miss a spot it is a sad time.

To cleanse and refresh after a long day in the sun (or heat) I have been loving the Milk & Co Beauty Wipes which are also lightly exfoliating. Following from that I spritz any one of the Kora Organics Mists (I use all three and love them!) before moisturising. To moisturise and gradually tan (the body) I have been using Bondi Sands Everyday, which is a 24 hour body moisturiser and tanning milk. I do use the Bondi Sands Tan as well, but not as often. I am not a huge one for tanning.

I am a big fan of dry shampoo and love the small travel size bottle from Evo. I can leave it in my beach bag and spray a little in for texture, particularly if I am going from the beach to a cafe/ bar. All year round I also shake in the Evo Haze Styling Powder, it again adds texture and keeps beach tousled locks looking good for longer. Finally to make sure my areas of need are hair free, the Schick Hydro Silk razor is handy to have in the beach bag.

Got anything in your beach bag to recommend?
