We give another active wear range yet a road test… The Fit Club Perth girls and I have been testing out some of the new technology in Lululemon’s run range. The limited release range uses Lucent reflective embroidery for increased visibility on early morning and late night runs. The collection included the embroidery in a jacket, shorts, tank top and soft leggings.
I talk about Lulu all the time- one of my best friends works for the company too, so I am always caught up on the new ranges, I can not peddle this gear enough. Broken record!
I am packing up our house to move this weekend so I am taking into consideration the items I like or use the most to keep. I went through all of my activewear yesterday (it had taken over THREE drawers!) I decided to donate a bunch of it away, namely the pieces that either don’t perform enough for me, or things I don’t use. NONE of the Lulu gear was sent away! I just love the technology. There are plenty of fashion based companies who have recently delved into the activewear market, but despite some cool patterns, I have found a lot of these to largely under perform when I need it in a work out. If I am struggling mid-class with issues from my activewear, I am not making the most of the time in class. This is a deal breaker for me. So, when I go on and on about a brand, like Lulu, trust me when I say that it is tried and tested. I probably spend too much money at Lulu, but if I need something, it is my first (and largely last) port of call.
