The off the shoulder style by WA label House of Skye for summer.
The off the shoulder trend has been circulating for a few months online (namely between the street style punters over at the international fashion weeks and most recently with style bloggers) but it will be everywhere this summer. I recently paid a visit to House of Skye HQ having fallen for this new exclusive boho print. The Summer collection- ‘Festival of Love’ is hitting stores next week, this Falls Peasant top included.
House of Skye is a WA based label with an infinite love of bohemian style. I wore a couple of pieces from their collection earlier this year in bold red, and blue. With such a cool bohemian paisley print I wanted to share one of the new pieces with you. The off the shoulder style is ridiculously easy going, teamed here with denim shorts, it can easily be dressed up with wide leg pants or a skirt and heels.
I must also explain the skateboard deck! Haha, we shot this just after a visit to the art supply store where I was finally able to buy a plain deck to paint/ draw on after a year of online searching. They never seemed to have stock when I went in, but this time I nabbed one and literally would not let it go! Now I have to work out what I am going to paint on it. Got any ideas for me to add to my list?
