This is not a drill! The best-selling Everlane straight leg crop pants are going for $50 for 24 hours only.
THE EVERLANE STRAIGHT LEG CROP PANTS FOR ONLY $50!
Great news! I just had this info pop into my inbox and had to share it right away. As you know, I love Everlane. And for 24 hours only (so be quick about it!) the Everlane straight leg crop pants are only $50. It timed out pretty well because I’d just shot two of the outfits I’ve been wearing them with over the weekend. The first of which you can see here (and I’ll add a sneak peek of the second at the bottom of this post).
I was pretty sure they would live up to the hype and I thought I’d go all in and order them in white. Which, is kinda risky in my book, since lighter colours can tend to make you look bigger potentially. Plus, there is somehow naturally a greater risk of attracting spills! Eep! I ordered mine in the colour Bone in size 00, which fits me perfectly. If you want a looser fit, I’d size up, they have a tiny bit of elastane but are otherwise cotton, so there is a little room to stretch.
I can not fault them at all so I had to share this deal. How good is that?! Personally, I now want these in some of the other colours, like a classic black or surplus army green. They fit right into a capsule wardrobe look and feel chic as hell.
WEAR IT WITH THE WASHABLE RELAXED SILK SHIRT
I’m going to admit something here that I guess makes sense. I have silk shirts in a lot of different colours and patterns. Not all from one brand either, I love to try out silk shirt offerings from the companies I love. At the moment I have not one but twelve silk shirts. Yep. I wasn’t kidding. Though I don’t have a white one, a khaki, a striped or a brown one, otherwise, my collection is pretty complete. My favourite? The slim signature blouse in silk crepe from Equipment and now this one, the washable relaxed silk shirt from Everlane. Others worth mentioning, I love the ‘Kate’ silk shirts from Rails (and am keen to try the ‘Rhett’ style), and I have a bunch of silk shirts from Boden.
This easygoing but truly chic silk shirt is very clever because unlike so many others, it is durable and can be added to the wash with like colours. Skip the dry cleaning? Done! That’s a major plus for me because I’ll often avoid my silk shirts on hot days where I might perspire and need to head straight to the cleaners. Being able to wash at home is a huge plus! So it is winning my seal of approval even more. Naturally, I now want the other colours on my wish list!
Of course, as promised, here is another way I’ve been wearing them. More on that outfit soon. It’s a relaxed weekend look for sure.
